Vacuum loader

The SIEHE vacuum loader is a product of advanced global technologies and is designed for transporting powder materials, granules, and powders mixed with granules. The vacuum loader allows for automatic transport of material to a storage bin, packaging machine, injection molding machine, mixer, etc. The loader increases labor productivity in combination with ensuring protection of the mixture from dust, which allows its wide application in the pharmaceutical, food industries, as well as in other industries where there are increased quality requirements.

Operating principle

The vacuum loader consists of a vacuum pump (designed without lubrication and without a water cooling system), a vacuum loading hopper, a filter (depending on the design, it can be made of polyethylene, stainless steel or titanium), a vacuum compressor, a pneumatic unloading device, a material level control system, a stainless steel suction nozzle, a transport sleeve, etc. The vacuum pump creates a vacuum to form a reverse air flow, the material is sucked in through the suction nozzle and enters the storage bin through the transport sleeve with the air flow. The filter separates the material from the flow and after the hopper is filled, the pump automatically switches off and the hopper unloading mechanism doors open for subsequent transfer of the material to the required equipment.
