The organosilicon compound Viksint K-18 is a composition of viscous flowing consistency, consisting of paste "K" and catalyst No. 18.
Compound Viksint K-18 is intended for sealing electrical and radio equipment operating in an air environment in conditions of high humidity in the temperature range from minus 60 to plus 250 oC.
Compound Viksint K-18 is not recommended for use in products made of unprotected copper and brass.
Packaging: 10.85 kg.
Storage conditions:
Sealing paste "K" should be stored in warehouse conditions at a temperature of 0 to plus 30 oC.
Catalyst No. 18 should be stored in closed warehouses at a temperature of 0 to 25 oC.
Sublayer P-11 should be stored in a hermetically sealed container in a room specially designed for storing flammable materials at a temperature of 0 to plus 30 oC.
The guaranteed shelf life:
Sealing paste "K" is one year from the date of manufacture.
Catalyst No. 18 in the manufacturer's container is two years from the date of manufacture.
Sublayer P-11 is one year from the date of manufacture.
