Polysulfide sealant brand VITEF-1NT is intended for surface and intra-seam sealing of bolted and riveted joints, glazing elements of devices operating in a fuel environment of the TS-1 type at temperatures from minus 60 to plus 130 ° C.
The sealant is recommended for use in contact with aluminum alloys, anodized and non-anodized, magnesium alloys, oxidized, cadmium-plated and unprotected steel.
The sealant is designed for use in all climatic conditions.
Packaging: 5.800 kg and 29.050 kg.
Storage conditions:
Sealing paste TF-1 should be stored in a darkened room in a closed container at a temperature of minus 20 to plus 30 oS.
Vulcanizing paste No. 1 should be stored in a darkened room in a closed container at a temperature of minus 5 to plus 30 oS.
Diphenylguanidine is stored in closed warehouses on pallets, at a distance of at least 0.5 m from walls and heating devices.
Warranty period of storage:
Sealing paste TF-1 is six months from the date of manufacture.
Vulcanizing paste No. 1 in the manufacturer's container is three months from the date of manufacture.
Diphenylguanidine is one year from the date of manufacture.
