Storage and transportation conditions:

Rubber mixtures must be stored in a warehouse at a temperature of up to 27°C on racks in packaged form. It is allowed to increase the air temperature of the warehouse to 30°C for 60 days, of which at a temperature of 35°C for 10 days, in total for the entire storage period of the rubber mixture.

The distance from the floor to the lower shelves must be at least 0.5 m.

During storage, rubber compounds must be protected from direct sunlight and located at a distance of at least 1 m from heat sources. heating appliances must be shielded.

During transportation and storage, rubber compounds must be protected from exposure to various substances: acids, alkalis. oils, fuels, etc., including in gaseous state.

If the rubber mixture is stored and transported at sub-zero temperatures, the latter must be kept at a temperature of (25+/-)°C before use.

Guaranteed shelf life - 3 months

The production of rubber compounds is carried out using rubber mixing equipment by mechanically mixing rubber with various components.
